Walking on Eggshells

Are you in a position where nothing you say or do matters, to your significant other? Has he or she ever cheated or hurt you in a way and you forgave them, but after forgiving them, everything you do or say is suspicious in his/her eyes? How about everything seems to be your fault? If someone of  the other sex shows you attention, its the end of the world and you find yourself explaining more than you have to.
Well, I have been put in a place today, where I could not run or hide. I had no one to talk to because by now I am all talked out. And my friends and family or closed ears. I tried talking to my significant other but the result was just my fault.  I should have done this or that.

Don't yell, don't scream, don't cry
just keep your thoughts and feelings on the inside
Don't worry about me, just worry about me. Don't worry if I leave, just know I will leave.
I will stay because I feel like it and just maybe I'll find another reason to hide it
Hide the real reason I stay. It could be anything from your money, to your sex, your home,or your soul
